We recently had the good fortune to use Terry Li, Sales Consultant of Australian Real Estate Kings Langley to sell our home in Nadie Place Kings Langley.
Pat had previous dealings with Terry when he negotiated the sale of her sister's home in Kings Park which she and another sister had a Power of Attorney to sell. We were most impressed with his reliability and achievements in selling that home so we decided to approach him when we intended to put our home on the market in April 2009.
We were the successful applicants for a new unit neinh built in the Adventist Aged Care Village in Kings Langley and decided to put our home on the market believing that it may have taken some time to sell because of the downturn in the economy. We were somewhat amazed how quickly the home was sold and for a price well above the price we expected.
We signed an exclusive agency selling agreement with the Kings Langley Australian Real Estate through Terry Li in April 2009 and he was able to secure a sale the first open day was to be held from a couple who ultimately purchased the house. Terry had arranged for the house to be displayed on the internet, advertisements in the Homes Pictorial, open home days and a prominent sign outside the hosue. The quickness of the sale came somewhat as a shock for us as the unit we were to move into wasn't available at the time.
Terry has excellent assessment and negotiating skills, an excellent memory, is most courteous and is totally reliable. He phoned us and reguarly called in to advise us of progress and called in the day we moved out to wish us all the best for the future.
Selling a home us a very stressful experience and Terry through his overall efficiency and reliability significantly reduced our possible stress and made the selling of the home a happy experience.
Ken in his past work has had many dealings with Sales Consultants and agencies in other places and by far Terry and the agency are the most efficient he has experienced.
We found that the manager and other staff in the agency were also most efficient, courteous and reliable and we would have no hesitation in using them again in the future should the need arise.

I needed to rent my family home initially and then sell the property when an interstate relocation became permanent.

Our home was officially put on the market at 4.45pm on a Thursday and by 6.00pm the same day, Terry had 3 families through there already.
